These terms cover your use of moonshotdailygame.org, including the daily flights, Unlimited, Home Turf and the answers archive. By playing or browsing the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Playing the game
The game is free and needs no account. Your streak, flight records and settings are kept in your own browser, so clearing your browser data or switching devices starts you over. We can't restore them for you.
We may change the game at any time: add or retire categories, fix answer lists, adjust scoring or rarity, or pause a mode. Rarity and leaderboards follow what players answer on the day, so scores and placings can move while a day is still running.
Fair play
Please play as yourself. Don't use scripts, bots or modified requests to submit answers or scores, don't try to flood the answer counts or the Home Turf boards, and don't try to break or overload the site. We may drop scores and answers that look automated or impossible, and block traffic that harms the game for others.
What you send us
When you finish a flight, the answers you typed are counted towards that day's rarity, and answers we don't recognise are logged so we can grow the lists. If you send a note from the result screen, we read it to fix what you report. You give us permission to use what you send this way, including adding your answer suggestions to our lists and showing answer counts in the archive. Don't send anything offensive, unlawful or personal; we may remove it. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Home Turf leaderboards show a call sign that your browser makes up, never your name.
Our content
The answer lists, rarity estimates, Supernova picks, text, art and code on this site are made for Moonshot Daily Game. You're welcome to share your results, screenshots and links to the archive. Please don't copy or republish the answer lists or other large parts of the site, or collect them automatically, without our written permission.
Moonshot Daily Game is an independent site. It isn't affiliated with any other game, app or company that uses the Moonshot name, and other trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
Ads and links
The site is paid for by ads served by Google and its partners, and some pages link to other websites. We don't control those ads or sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep the answer lists accurate and the game running, but we don't promise that every answer, ranking or rarity is correct, or that the site will always be available or free of errors. Answers and rarity reflect a word game, not facts to rely on.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data such as streaks or records, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that can't be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
